Professional Highlights
Danielle Douek is a partner in the London office of Lerners LLP. She is a passionate advocate with a diverse practice encompassing many areas of civil and administrative litigation. She has appeared as trial counsel in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and at the appellate level, as well as before various tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and Health Professions Appeal and Review Board.
Danielle has a particular interest and expertise in the health and post-secondary education sectors, where she provides advice and representation to her clients in relation to privacy, professional liability and human rights issues.
