Danielle Douek is a partner at Lerners LLP with over 10 years’ of diverse litigation experience advising clients on litigation, administrative and regulatory matters, including privacy issues. Her privacy practice focuses on managing privacy breaches, privacy complaints, and access requests. Danielle is a skilled advocate and litigator and has experience defending clients in court matters involving privacy issues.
