Professional Highlights
Monika is an associate in our Toronto office. She has completed work on issues involving privacy torts, privacy in the context of disclosure obligations, and privacy in the context of Municipal obligations and functioning. She continues to expand her practice in this area, in addition to her work in our health law and specialty risk and insurance groups.
