Professional Highlights
John strives to provide thoughtful and insightful legal advice to allow his clients to achieve their desired outcomes in a timely and cost-effective manner. With a wide-variety of experience in various areas of civil litigation, including negligence, breach of contract, employment issues, and data and information privacy matters, and administrative law, including appearing in front of a number of administrative tribunals, John leverages his varied experiences to develop creative strategies that promote his clients’ interests. In addition to helping clients navigate civil and administrative disputes, John has a particular interest in working with educational institutions to collaboratively work with his clients to create, develop, and implement strategies and best practices that minimizes the risk of future legal disputes.
