Andrew has a specialized focus on real estate and land development:

• Acting for London and surrounding area land developers and home builders throughout the development process, including the acquisition of land, planning, financing, municipal approval, and sale of residential, commercial and industrial properties;
• Assisting condominium developers, including vacant land, standard, and phased condominium corporations;
• Advising condominium corporations on governance issues and regulatory compliance;
• Advising on institutional and private lending for development and construction projects;
• Advising on the sale, purchase, and financing of agricultural and commercial properties; and
• Advising on joint venture and co-ownership projects.
