Courtney is an Associate in the Family Law group at Lerners, focusing on parenting time, decision-making responsibility, child and spousal support, and property division. She is dedicated to advocacy and tailors her approach to suit each client’s needs as she helps them navigate the intricacies of the family law system. Her practice is characterised by her patience, transparency, and attention to detail.
Courtney’s focus on family law began during her tenure as a student caseworker at the Queen’s Family Law Clinic, where she honed her skills by assisting a diverse range of clients with varying dispute complexities. Courtney earned her JD from Queens University and is an active member of the Ontario Bar Association and The Advocates Society. Committed to delivering exceptional legal counsel and support to her clients, Courtney is engaged in ongoing professional development and community involvement.
