Carolyn has practiced civil litigation in London since her call to the bar. She provides litigation advice and representation to education sector clients in her areas of focus, including privacy, real estate, construction project, contract disputes, and litigation risk management.

In all areas of her practice, including in the education sector, Carolyn routinely collaborates with in-house, general counsel, and other layered committee or structured clients to work together to protect, preserve, and achieve the best results for the whole of the client’s interests. From advice to minimize litigation risks to arbitral, tribunal and court proceedings, Carolyn assists education sector clients with the wide variety of challenges they face.
