New York Stock Exchange ats Orbixa Technologies

2014 ONCA 219; Lerners represented the respondent New York Stock Exchange in this appeal of a judgment recognizing a United States arbitral award pursuant to the International Commercial Arbitration Act. The main issue on appeal was whether the appellant’s application for recognition of the arbitral award was brought prematurely. The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal.
