Alnwick-Haldimand re: various

Our firm represents the Township of Alnwick-Haldimand in defence of a class action commenced by current and former employees of the Township. It is alleged that certain employees of the Township were entitled and required to participate in a retirement plan. The class members are current and former employees of the Township who were continuously employed on a full-time basis and not enrolled in the pension plan. This action has not yet been certified.
