Professional Highlights
Nick is a Partner in the Business Law and Real Estate groups at Lerners and has worked on a variety of matters involving various reviews, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, corporate financings, mergers and acquisitions, leasing arrangements, risk analysis, and other facets of corporate and real estate law. He seeks to maximize value and minimize risk when dealing with various clients, contracts and arrangements.
Nick acts on behalf of a number of universities, corporations, financial institutions, landlords and tenants in a wide variety of industries with a focus on building strategic working relationships. He is involved in the community through his work with the Children’s Health Foundation and TechAlliance. He joined Lerners in July 2016 after working at the firm as both a summer and articling student and following his graduation from the JD/HBA program at Western University’s School of Law and the Richard Ivey School of Business.
