Lerners Welcomes New Associate Lauren L. Malatesta

Lerners is pleased to announce the arrival of Lauren L. Malatesta to our Health Law, and Plaintiff Personal Injury Groups, as an associate in the Toronto office.

Lauren is committed to representing her clients’ interests using a reasoned and principled approach that is analytical and compassionate at its core.

Having acted for hospitals and health care providers, her extensive experience in the defence of medical negligence cases gives her a deep understanding of the legal challenges they face and how they operate.

In her personal injury practice, Lauren will be working with the dedicated sexual assault and abuse team, working with survivors to help them share their stories, and take the necessary steps to help rebuild their lives.

Lauren has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and Court of Appeal for Ontario.
