Nominations for the 2021 Lerners Healthcare Champion Awards are Now Open!

Lerners is committed to recognizing the exceptional efforts of our healthcare community and caring for those who care for us. To honour them and to give back, Lerners and our program partners are proud to announce the launch of the second annual Lerners Healthcare Champions Awards.

Healthcare Champions seeks to recognize hardworking individuals, groups, and teams in the Southwestern Ontario healthcare and rehabilitation community who go above and beyond in their vocation, volunteer their time and rally their neighbourhoods for good.

Over the coming weeks, we are calling on everyone to nominate healthcare and rehabilitation workers who have changed lives within their communities. Nominations close on November 15 2021, and a selection committee drawn from diverse groups across Southwestern Ontario will determine the top 15 finalists from the submissions.

Once the 15 finalists are chosen, the public will vote for their winners. Five winners will be announced, each of whom will be able to designate a $5,000.00 donation to an eligible charity of their choosing, for a total of $25,000 donated!
