2018 ONCA 125; Lerners acted for the respondent physicians who obtained summary judgment dismissing the appellant’s claims based on alleged medical negligence. The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal, noting that the respondents had provided expert opinion evidence supporting that they had met the standard of care, and the appellant had chosen not to cross-examine the experts nor file contradictory evidence.
