Sarah Martens is a partner at Lerners LLP, with over seven years of experience in advising clients and addressing their legal challenges, including privacy issues. Her practice focuses on assisting clients with managing privacy breaches, privacy complaints, and adjudication and associated issues involving the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario and other regulatory bodies. Sarah also practices in the area of professional regulation, health law, and commercial litigation.
