Professional Highlights
- Lindsay practises family law with a focus on negotiating client disputes over a range of topics including, cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts and separation agreements. She also assists clients with fertility law matters with a focus on representation in respect to ova donation, sperm donation and surrogacy agreements.
- Lindsay earned her Juris Doctor (JD) at the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Bar in 2014. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons) with a double major in English Literature and Criminology at the University of Western Ontario, where she was on the Dean’s Honour List.
- Lindsay has completed Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice Skills Training (Levels I and II) and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Collaborative Family Law Group of London and Middlesex, the Middlesex Family Law Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for SARI Therapeutic Riding.
