Natalie is a partner at Lerners LLP. She practices in the areas of education law, health law, employment law, workplace investigations, privacy law, and commercial litigation.
Natalie’s education law practice focuses on assisting her clients with a wide variety of legal matters including civil litigation, policy drafting, the application and interpretation of existing policies and governing legislation, managing privacy concerns and responding to privacy breaches, internal investigations, and residence and academic misconduct.
Natalie has extensive advocacy experience appearing before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and Ontario tribunals including the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, the Health Services Appeal and Review Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Labour Relations Board, and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.
Natalie is a certified workplace investigator. As a certified workplace investigator, Natalie conducts investigations on a variety of issues including workplace misconduct and allegations of discrimination or harassment. Natalie’s work in this regard allows her to consider legal issues in a holistic manner. As a result, Natalie is better equipped to serve her clients. Natalie is devoted to ensuring that her clients receive assistance that is both timely and effective, working tirelessly to obtain excellent outcomes for her clients.
