  • Represented a founder of a Cannabis corporation in a dispute over the exercise of stock options
  • Acted with Earl Cherniak and Cynthia Kuehl as counsel to owner of a golf course in a dispute with a municipality over redevelopment
  • Acted with Dom Magisano as counsel for bankruptcy trustee in an appeal of a disallowance of a proprietary claim
  • Acted as appeal counsel for property owners in a dispute over the validity of an easement
