Users of Accutane

Accutane was recommended for the treatment of severe acne. This proposed class action alleges that there were significant risks associated with the use of Accutane and that there were inadequate warnings of the serious health implications associated with its use.  The proposed class action is ongoing and is being pursued by a number of other law firms.  Please note that Lerners LLP is no longer involved in this proposed class action.
