Stevens v. Stevens and Roslyn Tsao

Lerners acted for the family law solicitors who drafted the parties’ Marriage Contract. The appellant-husband appealed from a trial decision that centred on the validity and enforceability of the Marriage Contract. Lerners responded to the appellant’s submission that the costs of the trial should be set aside because, in his view, liability was effectively attributed to all parties.
