Payne v. Bank of Montreal, Federal Court of Appeal Decision

In this employment law case, the Federal Court of Appeal endorsed the notion of paying respectful attention to the decisions of labour adjudicators; and, again endorsed the view that dismissal of an employee for cause is rarely found to be just in the absence of prior warnings and lesser penalties.
