Nalondy v. The Region of Peel

Defence counsel in a class action brought by a group of retired and non-unionized employees of the Region. The class alleges, among other things, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and negligent misrepresentation arising from the Region’s implementation of a cost-sharing plan for health benefit premiums.
