Morassut v Jackzynski

2015 ONSC 502; Lerners represented the respondent in this appeal of a successful claim for dependant’s support. The respondent lived with the deceased appellant for a twelve-year period and claimed support on her death. The trial judge ordered the appellant estate to make support payments and transfer a home to the respondent to provide for his proper support. The Divisional Court dismissed the appeal.
