Margosa Credit Union v. DICO

Represented the Credit Union in a successful statutory appeal of a decision by DICO to issue an administrative order (effectively a statutory receivership) over the Credit Union. The Court found that DICO had breached certain procedural pre-conditions and set aside the administration order.
