De Wolf v. Bell ExpressVu

Defence counsel in a $40 million class action brought by subscribers who complained that Bell ExpressVu’s administration fee was contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. Lerners was ultimately successful in having the class action dismissed by way of summary judgment.
