Cosgrove v. Canadian Judicial Council

(4th) 352 (F.C.C.A.); Earl Cherniak, assisted by his colleagues at Lerners, appeared as intervener in the constitutional challenge to the provisions of the Judges Act which requires that an inquiry be held into the conduct of judges where a complaint is made by an attorney general.
