LERNERS WELCOMES THREE NEW ASSOCIATES TO THEIR CORPORATE PRACTICE

Feb 12^th, 2021 – London – Lerners LLP is expanding our corporate and property development law teams with three new associates in our London office.  Jessica Tracey, Vikas Sharma and Mark McAuley bring a combination of business acumen, innovative thinking and transactional expertise that will ensure the firm’s clients continue to be well served by our pragmatic and experienced Business and Real Property Development Law Groups.

Mark McAuley has represented public and private companies in corporate and commercial transactions. He provides counsel for his clients on matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, commercial real estate transactions and general corporate matters, and has considerable experience working in the tech industry and arts and entertainment.

Vikas Sharma, works on matters related to residential and commercial real estate and land development, corporate/commercial transactions, and municipal law. With a keen interest and significant experience in London and Southwestern Ontario’s growing tech sector, Vikas’ practice includes working with start-up and small businesses. Vikas is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.

Jessica Tracey ’s practice will focus on residential and commercial real estate, land development and corporate law, including the Agribusiness sector, applying her invaluable previous experience working as in-house counsel for a large utility in British Columbia to her work with clients.
