Lerners partner Alysia Christiaen wins prestigious Lexpert “Rising Star” award

Lerners LLP is proud to congratulate partner Alysia Christiaen on being named one of Lexpert Magazine’s “Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40” for 2019.

A partner in the London office and member of the plaintiff personal injury, health law, class actions and professional regulation groups, Alysia continually demonstrates a commitment to her clients, Lerners and the community at large in her every undertaking.  “Alysia is a tremendous asset to Lerners and our clients. She is hard working, passionate and engaged,” says Managing Partner Graham Porter.  “A dedicated mentor, Alysia’s commitment to the community, her clients and our firm are commendable. In addition to being an exceptionally skilled lawyer, Alysia is involved in various charitable and industry organizations.  For 11 years, she has been a passionate volunteer for the Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario where she was integral to their strategic planning and branding initiatives.  Alysia also co-launched Lerners’ Women’s Symposium, a speaker’s series geared towards professional women. The event which was initially launched to engage and empower women in the workplace and beyond has become a firm success story for the past four years under her leadership.

Presented annually by Lexpert, the “Rising Stars” awards celebrate lawyers under 40 from across Canada who are at the top of the legal profession — both within their offices and their local communities. Winners are selected by an advisory board of distinguished members of the legal community.
