Lerners partner Alfonso Campos Reales wins prestigious Lexpert “Rising Star” award

We’re proud to congratulate Alfonso Campos Reales on being named one of Lexpert’s “Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40” for 2021. The “Rising Stars” awards celebrate lawyers under 40 from across Canada who are at the top of the legal profession — both within their offices and their communities

Alfonso is an exceptional advocate who regularly represents clients in complex personal injury and insurance disputes, advancing their claims efficiently and successfully so that they may receive the compensation they deserve and move forward with their lives.

Committed to representing members of marginalized communities, Alfonso is dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion. Having immigrated to Canada as a refugee when he was 10 years old, Alfonso knows what it means to be on the outside looking in.  He leads by example, giving to his clients, his community and his profession. Alfonso sits on the Board of Directors of the St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. He views his work in these areas as a way to give back to the health care community that cares for his clients and to the legal profession that has given so much to him.  Most recently, his love for cycling and giving back also led him to co-found the Forest City Cycling Challenge, a cycling event in the City of London that raised over $40,000 for youth mental health in its inaugural year.
