Judge's inquiry appeal alleges appearance of bias by CJC panel
The senior Manitoba judge at the centre of a stalled professional conduct inquiry contends that the Canadian Judicial Council (CJC) appeared to show bias against her when it pressed former CJC independent counsel Guy Pratte not to file – and then drop – his court challenge to the inquiry.
