Our administrative staff can be described in one word: dedicated. Everyone pulls together to encourage each other and rise to the challenge of supporting our lawyers and providing superior services to our clients at every turn. To ensure that our commitment to customer service resonates throughout the firm, senior members of our staff automatically take on the role of mentoring new employees. |

What we expect from our staff is dedication, timely responses, diligent support and a commitment to the communities we serve. In return, we recognize their hard work and effort with a competitive compensation package, flexible schedules and numerous fun activities throughout the year.
Our administration staff consists of legal assistants, law clerks, accounting clerks, general office clerks, receptionists and other administrative positions.
Meeting the career aspirations of Southern Ontario's finest
Through cooperative education placements from Fanshawe College, student placements from the high schools in our communities, and recruitment initiatives throughout the year, Lerners is constantly drawing from the pool of talented individuals who live and work in Southwestern Ontario.
We want our staff members to enjoy working at Lerners, to grow and evolve within our company,
and to have a strong sense of pride in their place of employment. That's why we place a high priority
on support, training and other staff initiatives—a practice that was recognized in 2004 when Lerners received the Workforce of the Future Award from the London Chamber of Commerce.
Lerners in the community
A large part of working at Lerners is giving back to our communities, and all staff members are encouraged to become involved.
Lerners has been recognized by the United Way for our commitment to the community of London in the form of projects in which our staff actively participate. We partner with not-for-profit organizations like Cornerstone Clubhouse to provide work re-entry programs to individuals who have suffered a brain injury. Our lawyers and staff often speak at the UWO Law School and Fanshawe College on legal issues.
