No Canadian lawyer has more experience in the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada than Lerners' senior partner, Earl A. Cherniak. Kirk Stevens, a partner in our Toronto office, has been working on appeals with Mr. Cherniak since 1989 and has considerable experience himself in presenting oral argument to the Court of Appeal.
