Pickar, 2011 ONCA 347 (CanLII), the Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal from a decision by a motion judge that issue estoppel did not apply, Ontario was the convenient forum and Ontario should take jurisdiction of this action regarding allegations of breach of confidence.
