McLaren v. The City of Stratford

We are defending the City of Stratford in this class action in which more than $200,000,000 in damages are being claimed for property damage and personal injury. The action was commenced on behalf of City residents who allegedly experienced overland and basement flooding following a storm event on July 28, 2002. Among other things, the plaintiffs allege negligence with respect to the City’s design, construction and maintenance of the storm and sanitary sewer systems within the City of Stratford.
