Opening in Office Services Department

We have an opening for a full-time position within our Office Services Department.
This position is primarily in our Office Services Department, with some reception coverage. In this position the employee will be required to complete some or all of the following tasks:
OFFICE SERVICES DUTIES:
- collecting, sorting and delivering of internal and external mail;
- processing outgoing registered mail;
- reproduction of legal documents (photocopying) and binding;
- scanning documents;
- doing bank runs using the firm's vehicle.
- answering a multi-line telephone console and transferring calls;
- accepting couriers;
- booking boardrooms;
- effectively communicating with lawyers, staff and clients - both in person and on the telephone.
The successful candidate must possess a valid G driver's license with a clean driving abstract and be at least 25 years of age in order to meet insurability requirements. They will be a self-starter, able to multi-task, be energetic, flexible and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be able to handle changing priorities and possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, along with organizational/time management skills.
