Junior Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Clerk

We have an opening for a Junior Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Clerk.
The main responsibilities for this role include:
Requesting documentation from various care providers, employers and government agencies;
Preparation of Notice of Examination for Discovery, Affidavit of Service and Affidavit of Documents;
Requesting and producing Schedule “A” documentation;
Entering limitation dates;
Requesting and reviewing transcripts;
Preparing and maintaining undertaking charts;
Corresponding with clients re: status updates;
Preparing, serving and filing trial records;
Reviewing and summarizing medical and rehabilitation documentation;
Assisting with pre-trial and trial preparation;
Managing an effective Bring Forward system;
Briefing, as well as file maintenance in Primafact;
Preparing scanning requests to the Data Conversion Team; and,
Preparing and paying accounts.
Knowledge of Primafact will be an asset in this position.
The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work independently, as well as in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on delivery of excellent service to our clients.
