Bill Clayton comments on the quality of reports from the Office of the Children's Lawyer

“I’ve done about five or six cases in the last few years where the Office of the Children’s Lawyer has bungled it badly,” says Bill Clayton, a partner in the London, Ont. office of Lerners LLP.
